There’s more to Tuscany than breathtaking scenery and spectacular age-old monuments. Discover our region’s heritage and culture by exploring its most treasured tradition: Tuscan cuisine. I offer cooking courses taught on site in your holiday home in Tuscany. There’s no need to disrupt the idyllic mood of your vacation: I’ll come to you, and we will cook together in your Tuscan home-away-from-home. Any of your guests who’d rather not take part in the cooking course can just relax with a good glass of wine while you learn how to prepare a stunning local meal, and then join you when dinner is ready. By doing the course in your holiday home – rather than in a fully equipped professional kitchen – you learn how to make a great meal in a basic kitchen, so that you can easily recreate the dishes back at home. Having mastered the art of cooking a complete meal according to authentic Italian traditions, you’ll then be able to share your new culinary skills with your friends and family when you return home. My courses can be either a fun (and delicious!) way to spend a relaxing day of your vacation, or a more extensive series of classes over several days getting to know various aspects of our region’s diverse gastronomic heritage.
